Emmanuel Dining Hall
"The poor should never be treated poorly." These words were said by Brother Ronald Giannone, OFM Cap Founder and Executive Director, and they could not be more true. The Emmanuel Dining Hall is a service branch of the Ministry of Caring Inc. and serves nutritious meals to Delaware's hungry. Members from various churches, synagogues, businesses, and civic organizations prepare and serve meals on a rotating basis. Family Promise of Delaware
Family Promise of Northern New Castle County is a non-profit organization that helps fight family homelessness. They provide safe refuge for families to eat, sleep, and undergo intensive case management.
Their work is achieved through a network of congregations, like ours, that host families directly in their houses of worship, staffed by caring volunteers who have put their faith into action. For more information, or to offer your support, please visit the www.familypromisede.org website.
Based in New Castle County, Delaware, Friendship House is a non-profit faith based corporation serving individuals and families that are or are at risk of becoming homeless. Welcoming to all, Friendship House strives to serve as a sanctuary and stepping stone to those in need through the traditional spiritual ministries of hospitality, education, empowerment and community.

Habitat for Humanity
Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit organization that builds affordable and energy-efficient housing at no-profit through a combination of volunteer labor, "sweat equity", and zero-interest mortgages. Every Wednesday evening at 8:00 p.m., Mount Lebanon hosts a Narcotics Anonymous (NA) meeting for those persons struggling with addiction and its effects. NA uses a traditional 12 step program that has been tailored for people with varied substance abuse issues. Neighborhood House is a Christian organization that assists and guides people with finding their own paths of awareness, self-sufficiency, productivity, hopefulness, and success. Additionally, they provide leadership, support, and advocacy for a comprehensive approach to community, econimic, and leadership development. The Peninsula-Delaware Conference of the United Methodist Church is a collection of nearly 800 lay and clergy members representing 487 churches which occupy all of Delaware and the eastern shore of Maryland. Ronald McDonald House
The Ronald McDonald House of Delaware provides a "home away from home" for families of seriously or chronically ill or injured children receiving treatment at area hospitals by offering nurturing and supportive environments where families can stay together and find comfort. Sunday Breakfast Mission
The Sunday Breakfast Mission is a powerful ministry that provides spiritual, physical, and mental support for the homeless, hungry, and addiction-afflicted population of Delaware.
Their tremendous efforts provide shelter, meals, clothing, and fellowship for nearly 300 homeless men, women, and children on a daily basis. In addition, they provide long-term
substance abuse programs, counselling, and family support. The vanguard of this highly effective ministry centers upon Christian worship and Bible study.

UrbanPromise Wilmington equips children and young adults through Christ with the skills necessary for academic achievement, life management, personal growth, and servant leadership. Walk to Emmaus
The Walk to Emmaus is a spiritual renewal program intended to strengthen the local church through the development of Christian disciples and leaders. The Emmaus Walk typically begins on a Thursday evening and concludes Sunday evening and offers a short course in Christianity, the disciplines of Christian discipleship, prayer and service. We Kids Rock
Bill Currier, a Delaware native, has dedicated his life to music. His 30-year musical journey has taken him in a variety of directions, all of which have served to hone his craft.
In 2007, Bill founded a music education and appreciation company called, We Kids Rock, which focuses on children's music. And Bill has graced several of our church's functions with his
musical talents. But when he is not playing guitar and singing for our youth, he is hard at work writing new songs, instructing students, and brining families together through song.

Wilmington District UMC
The Wilmington District is comprised of 87 United Methodist Churches in the Peninsula-Delaware Conference. These churches offer a diversity of ministries to fit any setting. They range from inner city and suburban churches to small touwn and rural churches whose congregations range in size from as many as 2,400 members to as few as 23 members.
